Hawaii campers hilo I went to to buy a camper shell they told me a few stories that it was done and it might be here. Months after giving a down payment no camper. Way beyond the time they told me I would get it. They told me keep calling and they will keep calling the manufacturer. It was aggravating to have to do that. I gave up got my money back. Just a waste of time for me. Ah pow . I understand they have to rely on the other end. The other end let them down . I get it but that's not good for the customer or them . They missed out the manufacturer missed out , and i did too . So sad 😞

Replaced tonneau hydraulic struts - they ordered the correct parts, took only a week to arrive as promised, and they were installed in less than 20 minutes - took longer than usual because the old ones were in very bad shape - at no additional charge. Should've gotten this done sooner - now we know where to go. Service was friendly, professional, authentic vibes, no hard-sell tactics.

Update 1/4/24 Once again Hawaii Campers exceeds all expectations. Extremely helpful staff. Thank you They put racks on all of our trucks. Always friendly and helpful. They do a great job on installation. Lots of stuff they can order. Thank You Guys🤙🏽

Called a couple times to get a roof rack for my new F150 and they said that they were out of stock on the fit kit that was needed. They said that it would take about a month for them to get more in and to call back. 5 weeks go by, I call again and was told that I needed to put money down before they ordered it. These guys are lousy and a waste of time. I would recommend going directly to Thule and getting faster and professional customer service the first time. I would definitely NOT Recommend this company.
